Typical stacks are Laravel or Next.js on the web, React Native on mobile, and a real API — not a clickable prototype that dies after the pitch.
How scoping stays honest
Discovery is one call plus a written statement of work. You see timeline, deliverables, and milestone invoices before we start. If priorities change, we write a change request instead of silently expanding the bill. That process is documented on the engagement page.
After the first release
Launch is the start. We can maintain the product, add the next slice, or hand off a clean repository. Weekly demos continue so you always know what is live versus what is still in progress.

How long does an MVP take?
Simple products often land in 2–4 weeks. Broader apps take 2–6 months. We give a dated plan in the proposal instead of a generic range.
Do you build throwaway prototypes?
No. We build production code you can keep. If you only need a design prototype, say so — that is a different, smaller engagement.
Can you add AI to the first version?
